Shipping Policy 
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-14 business days from purchase date, during high volume order periods there may be possible delays in processing time.
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
SHOPKBLVD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been shipped USPS becomes liable. 
If your package has been updated as “delivered” but is not located, please contact a local post office before contacting our support team. We do not refund or offer store credit for lost or stolen packages. 
Current Shipping: Due to the current situations regarding WEATHER STORMS there may be delays on the processing and shipping of online orders. Thank you for your patience.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
If you receive an item that appears to be damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@shopKBLVD.com and include all order information. Include name, order number and a photo of the incorrect item. Issues must be reported within 72 hours. Any items reported after 72 hours will not be accepted for review. Our team will do our best to resolve the issue. 
Local Pick-up
To our locals, we do offer in-person pick up as a shipping option!

If you decide on local pick-up, your order will be ready within 2-14 business days depending on order volume.

Once your order is ready for pick-up you will receive a text message or email at the phone number or email address used for your order. 
Pick-up times are between
10:00AM AND 6:00PM
Monday through Saturday.
